Our goal is to create spaces where students in grades 6-12 can continue to be invited to become more fully alive in God! Whether it is our Wednesday night large group gatherings, our team times, or service nights or events, we seek to provide opportunities where students can encounter God's presence. We are looking for volunteers to journey with them as they become more fully alive in God! Interviews, personal references, background checks and a volunteer training session are required for all volunteers.

TEAM LEADER
A team leader is a committed adult follower of Jesus who facilitates conversations within student teams during our gatherings on Wednesday nights and shares in the lives of students outside of team time. They are pivotal to our radical commitment to spiritual formation as they are a key place where our students experience God’s love and a safe place to engage in the struggle to become fully alive in God! We expect Team Leaders to be invested in their own spiritual growth as well as in the growth of their students. Training and ongoing support is provided as Team Leaders walk with students.
Commitment: 6:30-9pm; Wednesdays during the school year
STUDENTS SUPPORT TEAM
The support team provides helpful backup for our volunteer Team Leaders and our staff. Their role on Wednesday night is to step into various ministry needs in their area of strength (i.e., prayer, teaching etc.), help facilitate conversations within student teams alongside leaders (as needed), and help facilitate events and activities. They also serve as a sounding board and prayer support for the staff as we lead students and volunteers together. Training and ongoing support is provided.
Commitment: 6:30-9pm; Wednesdays during the school year
PARENT TEAM
On Wednesday nights we have a rotating group of amazing parents who are present on to help add a layer of safety, as well as step into any practical things needed from the staff. Parents can volunteer as much or as little as they want, and needs vary week to week. One week you could be handing out popcorn and the next organizing supplies used for an activity. It’s a cool way to get a small glimpse of what your student gets to experience at youth group!
Commitment: 6:30-9pm; a few times a year based on your schedule
SERVICE NIGHT SITE DIRECTORS
On the first Wednesday of the month, our students engage in a Service Night with numerous organizations throughout the Twin Cities (including some of our mission partners) to come alongside the good work they are already doing. A Site Director communicates and coordinates with the organization, prepares students for their serving experience and leads a debriefing conversation with students after they complete the projects. Training and best practice tips are provided.
Commitment: 6-9pm; first Wednesday of the month (October - May)
SERVICE NIGHT DRIVERS
The Service Night Driver drives students to and from service experiences throughout the West metro in the Twin Cities. No prep needed - just a vehicle and a heart to join our students in service. Drivers must be 25 and have a valid MN license.
Commitment: 6-9pm; first Wednesday of the month (October - May)
